My Struggle to reduce my weight, what I did to overcome this and ways to help YOU do the same!

 

For 6 years after having my daughter (she is now 8 years old) I was always struggling with my weight, trying to keep it down. Sure I would lose a lot and half kill myself in the process, but then a month later it was all back. I just couldn't figure it out!

Frustrated, I tried one approach after another and paid out for scores of different dietary supplements but nothing seemed to work. Later I would realise that some of the things I did were correct, I was just missing other 'key' elements that I needed for success.

I could not believe it!

I lost two and a half stones in 3 months and went from a dress size 14 to my current size of 8 in that time by using dietary supplements that WORKED! It’s been almost three years since I lost my weight and apart from 5lbs which crept up on me over Christmas (oh come on, I’m not super human you know!!!) and which I have since lost, I am still 7 stones and 5lbs in weight. By the way, I am only 5ft tall and very small boned so I find this weight is just right for me.

Not only do you lose weight with some supplements but you shed inches as well! It all depends on which supplements you try because for every one that works, there will be ten others which do absolutely nothing and are a complete waste of money!

When people started noticing my results it prompted a lot of questions. Friends, relatives and the like would often ask me for tips and advice on how to lose weight. It was frustrating at times because it is hard to relay all of your knowledge to people in just a short conversation. And usually people were sceptical about weight loss supplements and there would usually follow an argument on the lines of “yes they work” from me to them saying “no they don’t”! As I have mentioned before, the supplement issue is a highly controversial subject!
